Formed in 1958, SFA created a revolution in the plumbing market by creating the macerator pump for WC’s.
Pumping waste and water away through small bore pipe work, the product, Sanibroyeur SFA, makes it possible to install WC’s, bathrooms, kitchens or wash-houses anywhere in a building remote from the soil stack and without large work.
In the Seventies, SFA extended its sales in Europe and in Canada. Today, the group numbers 14 subsidiary companies (Germany, UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Benelux, Sweden, Poland, Russia, Romania, Czech Republic, Canada and the United States) and also distributes its products in 150 other countries thanks to its network of importers and distributors.
In the Nineties, Groupe SFA diversified whilst remaining dedicated to the sector of WC and bathroom products. Today, in addition to macerators, waste water pumps and marine WC’s SFA offer:
- balneotherapy bath-tubs
- showers multifunction (hydromassage, hammam…)
- shower cubicles, doors and enclosures
Thanks to its certification ISO 9001 version 2000 delivered by AFAQ, and the constant rate/rhythm of innovations held by the department of Research and Development, SFA remains leader in this market.
